If the the current springtime wherever you are feels more like fall at the moment (as it is the case in London) and just gives you the blues… Well, I find that there’s nothing better to lift me up than some sunny music.

We didn’t travel much last year. Well, we knew we would be moving countries towards the end of the year and that needed some extra savings. This time has passed now (fortunately) and we’re successfully and happily moved to London (the best decision we could have made!), so the travelling bug is kicking in strong again.
As we have written already in this post with a detailed itinerary and tips from our journey to Costa Rica, this location has never been on top of our list and it was a rather random choice for a quick 1-week holidays at the end of October. However, as by-chance as it was, it resulted in a wonderful journey and left us with a reoccurring feeling that we will be back to this part of the world again (already searched through the real estate agencies on the coast…)
Costa Rica has never been on the top of our must-visit list. I mean, don’t get me wrong, if somebody asked me if I wanted to visit Costa Rica I would say “Of course I do!” but it wasn’t one of those places we talked about travelling to for years (like the upcoming Japan for example). So the whole trip was quite spontaneous – well, as much spontaneous as it can be planning 4 months in advance...
